Ian and Shawn and everyone else at IW have always done a great job with routine repair and maintenance with my Audi S4 over the past 2 years. Recently, we ran into some extraordinary issues and these guys rose to the occAsion to solve the problem and get me back on the road again. I can't say enough good things about IW. I've owned more than my share of German vehicles and been involved with numerous mechanics and dealership service writers. IW have earned their place at the top of my ranking. Now if I could just fall in love with a Prius I could really go out on a high note. Until that happens I'll be using IW for all my Audi needs. Thanks guys.
