The people that work here at Ingolstadt West are the best! I was told my oil change would be at least an hour or more because there were cars in the bays but they did the job in 45 minutes! They went beyond my expectations. The staff are very professional and courteous. They take their time to do inspection with your car and make sure they keep it clean. Every staff member that came into the waiting area asked how I was doing and service was just exceptional. I'm so happy I found a place I can trust to do service on my car.

The shop is straight up and gives excellent service going back for sure.

Did the APR stage 1 tune on my S4. The process was quick and the increased performance is really cool. Should have done it sooner! Would recommend Ingolstadt West.

This was a nice experience. The guys under-promised and over-delivered. I chatted with the owner for a long time about and he was even nice enough to drive me to get lunch since it was so hot that day. The work was done well and at the price originally quoted. They even topped off some fluids and took care of burnt bulbs. My regular shop charges me for all of that. I will definitely return.
