Another Glowing Review... because they deserve it!! It is So comforting to know that you are getting top service every time. This is my second Audi TT and I have ALWAYS used Ingolstadt West for probably close to 18-20 years. If I could give this place 10 stars... I would... I have been a LOYAL customer of Ingolstadt West for over 15 years (this is my second Audi TT). It is so nice knowing that when I take my car for repairs I can trust the recommendation and the work... Ian, the owner is very thorough with his diagnosis and oversees the job thru  completion, Brad, the office manager is ALWAY courteous and explains, in laymen's terms what is going on.... and every technician that has worked on my car... Ok... another rave review on Ingolstadt! It is so comforting knowing that when I take my car to them... they will use their expertise to assure that I get my car back to perfection!! I've been a customer  for over 16 years since 2005 (2 Audis)... and  I know that I can trust their work, their pricing and their integrity... the owner, Ian , Brad the front office and the techs... top notch and ALWAYS go above and beyond service, communication and caring ..
