What a great shop! I stumbled upon it on the internet while searching for specialized Audi shops. The overall experience is phenomenal, very fast service and kind staff. Andrew at the front desk did an amazing job answering all my questions and concerns. The shop also managed to install an Audi resonator delete kit on my 2017 Audi S3 under an hour! I came in with a smile and left with one. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially those who own Audi vehicles.

Ingolstadt West is one of the best Audi Shops on the West Coast. Recently took in my 2001 S4 to have the radiator and a few other items that need handling taken care of. My car is 15+ years old and I'm always nervous about trusting someone with the capable knowledge of maintaining and improving the vehicle, but Ingolstadt did an amazing job, got my car up and running better than before. Can't wait to bring it back for a few more corrections and upgrades. A+ work.

I was passing by this place and I was looking for someone to work on my car. Driving I spotted the owners Audi R8 parked out front which caught my attention. So I came on yelp grabbed their number and called. I saw that the only work on German cars and mine is British but idk why I decided might as well try and ask if they can do it. I needed control arm bushings replaced. I called and talked to the front desk lady who was very kind and filling in for someone they took some information and said they'd call me back. Not even two hours later I received a call with an estimate and available appointments. Their estimate was the second best I got but my gut told me to go with them. So I booked the appointment and took my car in. I'm very particular about this car it's my baby. So take that to mind when I tell you this place is beyond amazing. You get better than dealership service for a great price. They really do their best on every car and he didn't rip me off or try over selling me. He mentioned a few things else that needed to be done for my car one I knew about the other I didn't. After I told him my cars under warranty he told me to go to the dealership because it should be covered. I picked up my car and it was better than knew I will be taking all the cars here. And will highly recommend them to anybody who has cars they love and doesn't want to be ripped off. Ian you're running a fantastic business keep up the great work.

Been coming here since I moved out into the valley. It's hard to find a place that will be honest about your car. The guys here have always helped me with everything on my audi from oil changes to emergencies. Even if they're busy, they still get your car serviced quickly. They've always worked with me to get me back in my vehicle in no time. =) Even when there was a misunderstanding, Andrew helped me get into a car so I didn't have to miss anymore time at work. I love the work they did on my coilovers. The car gets so many compliments. I love hanging out here too! There's a customer lounge and they have free wi-fi and beverages. Look forward to working with Ingolstadt West in the future!
