We all know how scared we get when a check engine light turns on on any European car because the repairs can get pricey. After going to a VW dealer where btw seems like they hate their job they way they treat you and what not I'm glad I found this repair shop. I went in with a check engine light that turned out to be my intake manifold for my 2013 GTI that needed to be replaced.Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and nice And they even arranged everything with my extend warranty. All I had to pay was a deductible of 50$ and they had my car ready in less than 24 hours. Definitely Recommend this place before going into a dealer.

Ingoldstadt West has been taking care of my Audis for years. They've always been square about what the machine needs and what it does not. Recently they uploaded an APR stage 1 ECU Tune to my 3.0T A6...it now goes zero to traffic court in about 4 seconds. Another fine Ingoldstadt West experience!

I called as a new customer. I was told me to bring my car the next day which I did. I just purchased used and wanted an oil change by a qualified shop. Very professional. In the same location for over 20 years which I like. Nice customer lounge with great coffee, just no real cream. I was cheerfully given a ride home which was much appreciated. My car was serviced on time. A few recommendations were made and I chose to have the brake fluid also changed. The car seems to run smoother and the brake pedal feel is better it seems. I will continue to go here for other service. I want my 2011 328i to last and proper service and maintenance is key.
