Just finalized the APR Stage 2 DP+ tune on our 2012 Audi A6.....which transformed a great car into a real Fire Breather that is both streetable and road worthy and a lot of fun to drive.... Have been taking my vehicles to them for years. They have never failed to meet my quality expectations for workmanship and customer support. My latest venture there, was to replace my motor in my S4. When I got my car back you could not even tell that the motor had been removed and installed. I have had other motors replaced in other cars and right away you see all the zip ties and mickey mouse repairs. They are the best at what they do. just got our 2012 A6 3.0t back home today following an APR Stage 2 Dual Pulley tune and Intercooler upgrade.....all I can honestly say is HOLY COW.....the car runs strong, and going back to Bakersfield this morning the car got over 30mpg....even after trying out the POWER....amazing..... The work was completed in one day....and you can't tell that the car has been worked on as the Techs are, in a word, matriculates know this brand inside and out..... I highly recommend this auto repair business. I took my car to Audi for years, and THEN I found Ingolstadt West. Ian and Robert provide fair and comprehensive estimates for repairs, and they keep my Audi A3 running like new.

Ian and everyone at Ingolstadt West deserve way more than 5 stars. They have cared for my 2011 VW GTI for many years and have provided top notch service. They are accommodating to my schedule, finish when they promise and always do excellent work at a fair price. From routine maintenance to upgrades and modifications, Ingolstadt West is the shop to trust.

This is one of the best , clean and professional shops that I have visited in the San Fernando Valley servicing German vehicles. As an owner of a European car we all know how much we must trust the hands that will work on our high performance machines. These guys at Ingolstadt West know their stuff, their professionalism and attention to detail is one of the kind, perhaps even better than the actual car dealer its self. I was very impressed the very first time I visited these guys few month back , they inspected my vehicle from bumper to bumper and told me every single item that needed attention by presenting to me a very detailed report including pictures of all deficiencies found, Robert the service Manager listed each item in order of importance so these could fit my budget and address them accordingly. Few months have passed and I still come to this shop for all my vehicle needs. I would have given a full 5 Stars rating but the only thing that I have to say is that some times I do not get a call back to follow up for something that I have requested or that I have mentioned during a service visit such as obtaining price for an specific work needed . Also the lengthy wait for just an oil change even with an appointment made ahead of time. Other than this, I am very happy with the quality of work, parts used for all repairs and their prices are extremely competitive with other shops in the area. I definitely recommend these guys for all your Euro Vehicle needs.

I've been bringing my Audi's (this is my second one) to Ian for over 10 years.... The absolute best ... it is so comforting to know that I can take my car in and it is going to get fixed right the first time! Other Audi shops have tried to lure me in.... but I'm sticking with what I KNOW works!
